Billy Seidman is a veteran New York Songwriter/Guitarist/Producer who's logged studio hours with a diverse groups of music legends from Jimi Hendrix to top Pop Producers; Jimmy "The Senator" Douglass and Steve Jordan. Billy's songs have been recorded by Legacy Pop Artists; Irene Cara, Vicki Sue Robinson, and Evelyn "Champagne" King.

He’s the author of The Elements of Song Craft, the definitive Contemporary Songwriting usage guide published by Hal Leonard/Backbeat Books. As the Founder of the BMI Contemporary Songwriters Workshop and The Song Arts Academy, he’s trained Pop Icon’s, Grammy winners/Grammy nominees, Hit Songwriters, American Idol contestants, and major label artists including: Bebe Rexha, Rachel Platten, Alisha “M Jestie” Brooks, Nicole Zuraitis, and Grammy winning producers Zandi Hollop and Carlos Escolana.
